As a result, the Tabibi Academy was created: an educational body and framework that aims to assure you always get hassle-free, consistent, top-notch medical assistance, from the best medical doctors, nurses, and caregivers available. 
 
Tabibi Academy was initiated under the umbrella of Primary Care International and undergoes its continuous supervision and guidance. Our grades run across all stages of our profession:
 
INDUCTION
1. Using a rigid filtration process. We make sure they understand and apply: 
a. The soft side of medicine. 
b. Bedside manners. 
c. Patient centricity.
2. Educating newcomers on how we do things. 
3. Being integrated:
a. Approaching every case in a holistic manner. 
b. Meeting the needs of the whole family.
4. Adopting the understanding that we do not do encounter healthcare, we do long term relationships.
5. Learning how to maintain a long-term, never-ending relationship.
6. Teaching slow medicine. We give patients the time they need. 
7. Enhancing doctor-patient communication skills. 
 
SHADOWING
1. Senior doctors shadowing newcomers to mentor them on how to be better doctors in terms of medical knowledge, dealing with patients and fostering a healthy doctor-patient relationship. 
2. Senior doctors fully offering their experience and expertise to younger doctors to help them reach their full potential. 
3. Establishing an ecosystem of mentorship.
4. Younger people mentoring senior members by inspiring curiosity and renewing their passion for medicine. 
 
ONGOING DEVELOPMENT
1. Periodic group meetings orchestrated by experienced medical professors.
2. Creating open communications and case discussions. 
3. Deliberating opinions and insights.
4. Sharing hands-n experiences and learnings.

Today my son had an accident resulting in a large deep cut on the back of his head. Dr Radwa came round and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She phoned the local hospital to arrange the stitches, took us there with her driver, arranged everything and stayed with us whilst my semi hysterical 2.5 year old received a numbing injection and 3 stitches. She absolutely went above and beyond. My son is still asking about the doctor!
